Village Court Rules

The Union Council passed the law of the government of Bangladesh as "Village Court Law, 2006" for conducting village courts through the lawful and harmonious rules and regulations. At present, village courts are being run in union parishad under this Act. The 'Village Court Law 2006' was summarized as follows: -
